Timing

Slime is made to order. Most orders are ready in 2 to 3 days, and big batches ship on weekends. Etsy shows your shipping cost and tracking.

Sticky on arrival?

Travel shakes slime up, so a little stickiness is normal. Knead it for a minute first, then use the Just Right Test with your free activator.

Cold or hot weather

Cold slime: let the box warm up indoors for 30 minutes before opening. Hot slime: a few minutes in the fridge firms it back up.

Something wrong?

If your jar arrives damaged, send us a photo through Etsy messages within 3 days. We will make it right with an extra mini slime, more activator, or a refund.

Because every slime is made just for you, we cannot take back slime once it has been opened and played with.
